EGGSHELL-AMB 10 is process-optimized for the production of sacrificial tooling for casting silicone parts in any durometer. A strong and transparent rigid material for applications requiring temperature resistance and/or biocompatibility, ideal for rapid tooling, functional prototyping in warm environments, and medical devices with fine features and internal structures.
VisiJet M2S-HT90 delivers heat resistance with high heat deflection temperature at 90°C, enabling the production of tools and dies for thermoforming, eggshell molding or injection molding, prototype testing in warm environments, such as under the hood parts, enclosures and housings, heated fluids and gasses flow analysis for the durable goods and automotive industries.
This transparent material is also capable of meeting USP Class VI standards for biocompatibility, to be used for printing medical devices where biocompatibility is required and fine features and small internal structures are needed for lattice structure or fluid flow channels.

While still being a rigid material, VisiJet M2G-DUR has the lowest strength and stiffness of all the MJP rigid and engineering plastics. With very high elongation and notched Izod impact strength, VisiJet M2G-DUR has properties similar to polypropylene and is able to simulate a range of low-strength and high elongation injection moulded thermoplastics.
